If you have a complaint, please let us know by using the form below to contact our complaints team.
All complaints will be acknowledged within two working days and you will be notified as to the person who is dealing with it.
We will try to investigate the problem as quickly and as fairly as possible, and a full and final response will be issued within 3 weeks from the date we receive your initial complaint.
We may be unable to fully resolve your complaint however we can offer advice and members who are the subject of serious or repeated complaints may be removed from the PC Retail Network.
